Is it safe and secure to shop online?
When you buy from us, you enter your payment details directly into the payment provider’s system. bods.sg never sees your payment details, only whether or not your purchase has been approved.
How do is use a promo code?
Simply enter the promotional code in the provided field of your shopping cart. Click “APPLY COUPON” and your order will be adjusted.
Do I need an account to browse and buy?
You don’t need an account to browse. You do need one to buy. If you don’t have one, you will be prompted to create one at the landing page.
How does sizing work?
Bods has its size chart with measuring guide. Click “Size Guide” at our sitemap section.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us and we will do all we can to assist you. We normally process items within 24 hours so if it has left our warehouse, it will be treated as a return.
How do I create an account?
On the right top of your screen click on “REGISTER” and fill-up those required information to create an account.

I am having problem logging in?
Check that your password is correct. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ link within the ACCOUNT LOGIN form. Any other problem, please contact us and we will do all we can to help you.
Do I need to log in each time?
The site will normally remember you for 30 days after your last use. If you clear your cookies manually or your browser does it automatically, you can still browse without logging in, or log in as usual.
How do I change my details?
Click on ‘LOGIN’ at the right top of the screen and after entering your email and password select the information you want to change under your account.
I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
On our login page, you will see an option for ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ and this will prompt you through what you need to do.
How can I view my orders?
After logging in click on ‘VIEW YOUR ORDER HISTORY’ under ‘MY ORDERS’ section.

How secure is using my credit card?

Do you sell my details to anyone?
Absolutely not. Your details are kept private between you and bods.sg only.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
But if your country of origin is not found in our list, please email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
Yes. As taxes and duties are applied by your local customs authority. Our international shipping rates does not include any taxes and duties that may be imposed by your customs authority.
How are my purchases shipped?
We use professional courier to make sure the purchased items are shipped to your doorstep. These companies are logistics experts and ensure the quickest delivery of your purchases.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For local orders
Typically take up to 2-5 working days to receive your online purchase between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
For international shipment
This differs slightly by country. Mostly 8-10 business days. We process orders within the next business day to ensure they are dispatched quickly. Very rarely, there could be a delay when Customs process your items. We attempt to minimize this by using an international carrier and pre-preparing all the necessary paperwork.
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Singapore which is a regional hub.
Can I track my order?
Yes. For all local orders with standard delivery & for all shipments outside Singapore. Once your purchase has been processed and is about to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this to check on the status of your purchase at any time.
Additionally, no tracking for local orders with shop self-collection method.
Is my shipment insured?
We do not provide insurance at this time. However, if an item is lost in transit before a delivery signature is obtained, Bods may, at its sole discretion, provide compensation. Such compensation will consist of replacing the ordered items or reimbursement up to US$500 per order (any items with the same order number, not per item). If you would like us to consider such a case, please contact us.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. For security reasons we only ship to physical addresses.

How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card and Paypal.
How do I know how much tax and duty I will have to pay?
Customs taxes and/or duties are imposed by your country, not us. It is completely out of our control as to what these charges are and if you will be charged. Please contact your local customs office to find out before placing your order.
Are my credit card details secure?
Bods never sees your credit card details. You will complete the check out and enter your payment details directly into a hosted secure page which uses standard SSL encryption. The third party bank will then tell us whether the payment has been approved and your purchase is complete.
When will payment be taken?
All payments are taken as you check out.
Why has my payment been rejected?
There could be several reasons for this. Please ensure your credit card details, expiry date and codes are all accurately entered as these are common causes for rejection. If payment is still rejected, you will need to contact the bank that issued your credit card if you paid with a credit card. If you have further questions, please kindly contact us.
